The Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) approved IPO “BBS Cables Limited” on Thursday, 13th April, 2017 at their 602 nos Board Meeting presided by BSEC Chairman Prof. Dr. M Khairul Hossain to issue 2.00 crore ordinary shares worth Tk 10 each. BBS Cables Limited (BBSCL), a sister concern of Bangladesh Building Systems Ltd. (BBSL) which is a leading Pre-Engineered Steel Building Manufacturer in Bangladesh, has been incorporated in 2009. BBS Cables Limited is looking forward to managing expertise and obtaining technology to provide better engineering solutions through supplying quality electrical Cables, Wires, Conductors and better Customer Service.

As per company’s year ended financial statement on 30 June 2016, BBS Cables Limited stands Net Assets Value (NAV without re-valuation) per shares Tk. 16.87 and Earning Per Shares (EPS) at Tk. 2.46.
ISSUE MANAGER:

WHY PUBLIC OFFERING:
Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) approved IPO of above Co. on 13th April 2017. The companies will raise a fund worth Tk. 200.00 million for the purpose of acquisition of Plant & Machineries, Building & other civil works, Partial loan repayment of IPDC Finance Ltd. and IPO expenses meet from IPO proceeds.
